1. Nature of the Service

ASCPS - Cursos is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides technological infrastructure for hosting, managing, and selling courses and training in the medical field. ASCPS - Cursos is not an educational institution, medical clinic, or professional council.

2. Responsibility for Technical Content

2.1. Disclaimer: All content (videos, handouts, classes, exams, opinions, and technical guidelines) made available on the platform is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Contractors (doctors, speakers, or clinics that publish the courses).

2.2. No Curation: ASCPS - Cursos does not perform prior review, scientific validation, or technical curation of the content posted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or currency of medical protocols or procedures taught by users.

2.3. Professional Risk: The application of any knowledge acquired in the courses is the exclusive responsibility of the Student, who must observe the rules of the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) and the legislation in force in their jurisdiction.

3. Comments and Interactions

3.1. The platform allows interaction between students and teachers through forums and comments. ASCPS - Cursos is not responsible for the opinions, conduct, or content generated by third parties in these spaces.

3.2. We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, content that violates the law, medical ethics, or these Terms, without this implying a duty of constant monitoring.

4. User Obligations (Doctor/Clinic)

The Contractor declares to have all the legal and ethical authorizations to teach the proposed content and undertakes to keep ASCPS - Cursos harmless from any judicial or extrajudicial claim arising from the content of their classes.

5. Financial Liability Limitation

In no case will ASCPS - Cursos be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from clinical decisions based on information contained in the courses hosted on our infrastructure.
